You have rights . . . |
Your Valuable Name - We have not
paid you for the use of your name. Therefor we do not sell your name
to anyone. You are our customer. This is true whether you visit our
site and fill in the Guest Register, buy a product, or register a
free product. |
WE DO NOT SELL YOUR NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, OR EMAIL TO
ANYONE

Refunds - There are no refunds
on Try-Before-Buy software products. You are expected to fully use
a software product prior to purchase. If the software works with
specialty papers, you should evaluate those papers prior to
purchase. ED/iT does not supply paper stock. We DO provide for
refunds if, after purchase, you find a software defect that we
cannot repair within seven (10) days. |

Piracy and Theft - Any attempt
to defraud ED/iT by obtaining a refund without permanent removal
of the software product will result in full prosecution for both
actual and punitive damages. Any attempt to reverse engineer our
products is in violation of U.S. Copyright Law. Any attempt to use
our software products without payment will result in full
prosecution for both actual and punitive damages. Any attempts to
defraud ED/iT using the KEYDISK to make multiple copies for others
is theft. Violation of Copyright law is a Federal offense.
Rewards - One Third or 33 % of
the net proceeds of court awarded judgements will be paid to the
individual or entity who reports the piracy and/or theft upon
receipt of the amount of the judgement from the offending party. |
