Cures to all other HP print problems...

We have found that the default HP printer settings do not work with many software products. The HP printer setup dialogs may vary.

On one type of HP Print Setup dialog, you need to make the following change:

  • On your print setup screen, select Properties
  • Select the Print Quality tab
  • Select the Manual Setting
  • Set the Graphics Mode to HP-GL/2
  • Try printing with this new setting

On another type of HP Print Setup dialog, one or more of these changes may fix the problem:

From the FONTS tab, select the "Print True Type as Graphics" option AND/OR

From the GRAPHICS tab, try the "Use Raster Graphics" option.

If, after fiddling with all the above, nothing works, PLEASE visit the HP web site and make sure you have the latest version Printer Driver for your printer AND for your operating system. (HP Printer Drivers can be different for different versions of Windows.)
