How do I print just one Label?

The latest version of the software has a beautiful button called "Quick Print Just One". It not only lets you print one copy of the displayed label but you can select the print location on the sheet.

We advise against printing one label . . . do it with caution -

Both the label vendors and printer manufacturers advise you not to. When you peel off a label, the "wax" backing is exposed to the high heat pressure rollers in laser printers. It can melt the wax and gum up the roller. In an ink-jet printer, the print head just touches the paper surface and when it "bumps" into a label after passing over a removed label area, it can peel the label and jam the print head.

On the other hand, we use this product every day to print just one label on both ink-jets and lasers and have never had a problem.
