The printout is filled with the same label!
The software is "smart". You have not 'created a database'
so the software assumes that you may be doing something like return
address labels. Thus, when your 'database' consists of only one
record (or label), it assumes you want to fill the sheet with that
one record.
To create a 'database', simply press the ADD button to 'add' a new
label (new database record) or press the COPY button to 'copy' the
currently displayed label into a new record. In other words, ADD
adds an empty new record; COPY copies or duplicates the current
label into a new record. The latter is great when you only have to
change parts of the text.
