Automatic On-Line Payment by Credit Card

You can purchase any of our Try-Before-Buy software products using the built-in Order Form. To do so, simply press the ORDER button which appears each time you run the product. Fill out the form and press the PURCHASE button. We automatically connect you to our order processing system. It takes about 30 seconds and we fully enable your software product.

You can then print your Receipt. We also send you an immediate email confirming your Credit Card transaction.

NOTE - We will not sell you a product until you have installed and used it to confirm that it works properly and performs the tasks you desire. As such there are No Refunds.

NOTE - Please make certain that your printer is connected and working since you will need to print the Receipt.

Mail Payment by Check

We accept your company or personal check and money orders. Foreign orders must be by a Postal Money Order in $US. Please use, print, and mail the built-in Order Form included in most of our products. All products purchased by mail include a $5 service charge since we have to manually enter and process your order.


Free Software Updates

All of our products are periodically updated to add new or better features. You can always download the latest version at no cost. Your Receipt will include a reference to the Product Version Table for your product. There, you can review the complete version history and download the latest version. (Free Updates may not be available on our PROfessional software products.) You may receive product update notices by Email so make certain you provide your correct Email address.


Software Upgrades

Many of our products are similar and include enhanced Editions (cover more paper stocks, additional features, etc.). You can UPGRADE to a more expensive Edition for the difference in price. UPGRADE Orders are by telephone only. Call the Sales Desk at 1 (800) 435-3282.

Our Guarantee

If, after your purchase, you find a defect in the software and, advise us of the defect, we will repair the defect within 10 days or will refund your software purchase price. Otherwise, our software evaluation period permits you to determine if the product meets your needs and expectations. If the product also works with specific paper stocks, you are expected to contact the paper vendor(s) and obtain samples of such papers. During this evaluation period you should fully test the software and verify that it prints on your computer system. As a consequence of providing you with an evaluation period, we cannot provide you a refund after your purchase. You will find that most retail stores no longer give refunds on software since there is no way of assuring that you have removed the software from your computer or otherwise have retained a copy of the software.
