Envelopes (or labels)
We might hope that just by looking at the left side of this
screen, it should be pretty easy to see what you can do in the way
of printing envelopes. And just like the ensemble papers screens,
you can do test prints of envelopes so that you do not waste real
envelopes while learning how to feed them.
The pull down list currently showing Invitation Envelopes
includes a listing of all the envelopes you may be using. This
includes Announcement, Respond, Thank You, At Home, and so on.
Whatever you select, the actual printing of same is controlled by
your Guest List. If you are going to print your Invitation
envelopes, only the Guests marked INVITE will be printed and so
on.
You can click on the typeset print preview on the right and it
will zoom to full scale so that you can read it. Why? You might
want to print only one envelope. If you guest list has more than
one guest, there are NEXT and PREVIOUS buttons on this display so
that you can step to whatever envelope address you wish to print.
Look at the blue "title bar" and note that we have
only one guest.
