Editing and Embellishing a Wording
Does not look much like your wording does it? That is because we
are displaying the [TAG]s that are used to import your event data
(that you previously typed). You can turn off or disable the
[TAG]s which will immediately replace same with the actual tag
content and it will look just like your wording. All you have to
do to edit your wording is to click in the window and type
whatever you wish.
You can rely on the tags however but still add or change any of
the "pure text". Don't know what a particular [TAG]
means? Just click on the [TAG] and the tag pull down list will
display the tag value. For example, we've clicked on the [BPN] tag
at the top of the wording. It is the tag for the Brides
Parents Name.
This is also a good example for you to consider when your
wording dictates multiple parents names. Just delete the [BPN] tag
and type whatever you want.
Embellishing - Another feature you will not get from a
commercial printer is our exclusive wording embellishment feature.
Say you want the bride's name to be boldface. You simply click on
the line [BGN] [BMN] [BSN] and then click on the Bold Face
checkbox in the Font frame. Additionally you could make her name
display in a font size 1.5 times larger than we calculate. Do so
by selecting that option and that line in the wording will be made
that much larger.
Don't get carried away. Making just peoples names bold is
usually sufficient to enhance your wording.
When you are finished you would press the Preview button
to return to the Wording screen to see your newly edited typeset
wording.
Note that there are no SAVE buttons. It instead is
automatic. Whatever wording you have displayed on this screen is
automatically saved. Our reason is simple...you need only one
wording.
Your next step is either to do a testprint of your wording on
plain paper or just maybe you already have your paper stock and
are ready to print your final invitations. In that case, press the
PRINT button that appears on the Invitation Wording screen...
